1. We are a job portal, not an employer
Mooveonn provides an online platform where employers can publish jobs and job seekers can find and apply for them. Mooveonn is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a placement agent for the jobs listed, and is not a party to any discussion, offer or employment agreement between an employer and a job seeker.
2. Accuracy of job postings
Job postings, company profiles, salary information and other details are written and provided by employers. We review employer accounts and may moderate job postings, but we do not guarantee that any posting is accurate, complete, current or lawful, that a vacancy is still open, or that the salary, benefits or conditions described will be offered.
Job seekers should independently verify the employer, the role and the terms of any offer before accepting it, sharing sensitive documents or resigning from a current job.
3. No guarantee of employment or results
Mooveonn does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers or employment, or that employers will find suitable candidates. Application statuses and messages are updated by employers, and we are not responsible for how quickly or whether an employer responds.
4. Recruitment responsibility
Employers
- Are solely responsible for their job postings, their hiring decisions and their recruitment process.
- Must advertise genuine vacancies, describe them honestly and keep them up to date.
- Must comply with all applicable employment, labour, equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
- Must never ask candidates for any fee, deposit or payment for applying, interviews, training, uniforms or joining.
- Must use candidate information only to assess candidates for the job applied to, and handle it in line with data protection law.
Job seekers
- Are responsible for the accuracy of the information, resumes and documents they provide.
- Should carefully evaluate every opportunity, employer and offer before making decisions.
5. Fraud prevention and your safety
Fraudsters sometimes pretend to be employers or job portals. Mooveonn will never ask you to pay money to apply for a job, and will never ask for your password, one-time code (OTP), bank account, card or UPI details.
Be careful if anyone:
- Asks for a registration, interview, training, security deposit or visa fee.
- Offers a job without an interview, or a salary that seems too good to be true.
- Contacts you only from a personal email address or messaging app and avoids video calls or office visits.
- Asks for your bank details, OTP, Aadhaar, PAN or other identity documents before a genuine offer is made.
- Pressures you to decide or pay immediately.
Report it: if you see a suspicious job posting or receive a suspicious message in the name of Mooveonn, stop all contact and report it to us at manish1993webhitters@gmail.com. We investigate reports and may remove postings and suspend accounts. If you have lost money, also report it to your bank and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or call 1930 in India.
Mooveonn is not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent postings or communications from third parties, but we take all reports seriously and act on them as quickly as we can.
6. Third-party links and content
The website may contain links to employers’ websites, external application pages and other third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. Mooveonn does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Visiting them is at your own risk.
